De travel company cancels all trips due to financial problems. The company reports this on its website. Earlier this week, the Twente company Havi Beheer, the parent company of Peter Langhout, went bankrupt.

Peter Langhout has filed a report with the Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR). Duped customers can report there. Earlier this week, the trustee of Havi Beheer could not say whether bankruptcy was also imminent for daughter Havi Travel. That company provided travel for Oad, among other things, but a solution was found for that travel organization.

Oad himself writes that after the news that Havi, one of Oad's transport partners, had filed for bankruptcy, the travel company started working to ensure that her travels could be carried out as planned. The travel company announced today that this has been successful. This also applies to the summer trips 2020.

An SGR spokesperson could not yet say how many travelers were duped by the financial problems at Peter Langhout. She thinks it is about a thousand bookings.
