The use of (shared) cars is increasing, working from home is a reality, meeting with your colleagues in a hub is no exception and work and private life are increasingly mixed up. The world is your workplace, where responsible travel is the norm. To make that even better, both nationally and internationally, Mobinck and XXImo have agreed on an acquisition.

Joint forces
Mobinck with the takeover is the mother of two leaders in making business mobility more flexible. One of these is Radiuz, the mobility platform that ensures that employers can organize their mobility policy flexibly and simply. XXimo with its Visa payment platform, is strong at generating and handling European payment transactions involving business travel. The services of XXImo and Radiuz are thus perfectly aligned.

"A powerful combination," said Harry de Haas, CEO Mobinck. "With this acquisition, we are bringing in an essential part of our mobility ecosystem, in which we can help our customers to organize their mobility easily and flexibly." Patrick Bunnik, CEO of XXImo, adds: 'More has changed in mobility in the last three years than in the previous ten years. Technology and international cooperation are key in this. Consolidation, economies of scale and having smart teams work together are therefore a must to remain a leading player. '

Access to mobility and manageability for the employer
XXImo will become part of Mobinck. A company that besides XXImo consists of the mobility companies Radiuz, Moove, Toogethr and Fleet Support. Mobinck brings together innovative and flexible forms of mobility for employer and employee. Mobinck develops integrated total solutions for employers in the Netherlands. Everything facilitated by one provider with one monthly VAT invoice. Cost efficient, sustainable and aimed at higher employee satisfaction, 'says Harry de Haas. In this time of more limited use of public transport, there is an increasing need for flexibility of mobility. Mobinck offers alternatives and ensures that employers can offer freedom of choice in mobility in a manageable manner.

'A shared bicycle or scooter, smart parking, ridesharing with a colleague, public transport, the (shared) car or a taxi? We ensure that employees have quick access to any form of mobility via our platform and that employers no longer have to worry about the administrative processing, 'explains De Haas.

Flexibility in mobility
Mobinck and its companies are building an ecosystem. Now that travel is necessary in a different way, flexibility is even more important. A platform that employer and employee have access to, the development of which never stands still and where all new forms of mobility are quickly connected and payment is properly arranged. A system in which valuable insights arise for employer and employee based on real-time data, so that mobility can be used safely, cost-consciously and efficiently.

"Our ambitions are high and with XXImo we have added a beautiful, powerful partner," says De Haas.
