In 2021, Brussels Airlines will continue its successful culinary collaboration with the Belgian chef Tim Boury of Restaurant Boury in Roeselare. During 2021, Tim, Chef of the Year 2017, will once again create gastronomic experiences for Brussels Airlines Business Class customers on long-haul flights.

After a successful first collaboration in 2020, Tim Boury and Brussels Airlines are once again joining forces to create a year full of Belgian gastronomic experiences at an altitude of 10 km. To this end, Boury will create four different menus for Brussels Airlines Business Class guests on intercontinental flights during 2021. This reports Brussels Airlines on their website through this press release.

“After a turbulent year, we are delighted to be able to work with Brussels Airlines again. With the experience we have built up this year, we have the unique opportunity to make the Business Class dinners in 2021 even better. This will undoubtedly enhance the experience of their guests. We are grateful to Brussels Airlines for their confidence, ”said Tim Boury.

“We operated a limited number of flights this year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which unfortunately has prevented us from sharing Tim's kitchen with our wide audience of customers. The guests who did enjoy Tim's culinary delights were very enthusiastic about the quality and taste. That is why we have decided to renew our collaboration. We are very happy that Tim is back on the challenge and we look forward to the top quality of his Belgian cuisine on board our flights, ”said Tanguy Cartuyvels, Head of Customer Experience and Product at Brussels Airlines
