The vaccination passport is a much discussed item now that we are still in the middle of the corona crisis. Governments worldwide are busy vaccinating against the corona virus. Several countries, including Greece, Portugal and Germany, are in favor of a European vaccination passport that allows the wearer to prove that he or she has been vaccinated against the corona virus. There are also many questions from various countries about this vaccination passport. You must of course watch out for vaccination discrimination, what if not everyone has been vaccinated because we are behind schedule? And who says that if you have been vaccinated against the corona virus that you can no longer pass on the virus? Not to mention the security of participants' data. And what about if you have already been sick with the corona virus? These are all kinds of questions that come up to everyone.

The European Commission According to various media, (EC) will come up with a plan in two weeks for a digital proof (digital green pass) of vaccination against the corona virus. This plan still has to be approved by the governments of the EU countries and the European Parliament. The European vaccination passport could ensure that we can start traveling again within the European Union and that we can go to a restaurant again, for example. It could also ensure that people who do not want to be vaccinated against the coronavirus will be excluded from all parts of society and will therefore no longer be able to travel or go to the pub or restaurant. It remains to be seen whether it will come to that, and whether the passport will ensure that we can finally start traveling again that we all yearn for.
