On April 1, EBS started its own Control Center in Zoetermeer. The Central Control Center provides traffic control and supports the vehicles on the road every day. Among other things, by proactively adjusting the timetable if necessary and by taking control of incidents. Previously, air traffic control was housed externally, but from now on they have their own EBS Control Center. The team of professionals is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that drivers can do their work properly and safely while on the road and travelers suffer as little disruption as possible. Another great step in further improving the company's services.

In the first months of 2020, even before the corona measures, a national survey was conducted by CROW / KpVV into customer satisfaction in public transport. EBS received an average score of 8 from travelers in its three regions. Only urban transport operators HTM and RET also received such a historically high rating. EBS is an ambitious, fast-growing Dutch public transport company where the traveler and quality come first. Public transport means moving, making connections and maintaining connections. More than just a bus.

They put our traveler and their customer journey first by offering easy and fast door-to-door travel. After all, traveling is not an end in itself, but a means to get from your start to your final destination as quickly as possible. We do this in the most sustainable way possible. The driver is the calling card on the bus, where the journey does not start and ends at the bus stop. EBS offers high-quality services with a high customer satisfaction as objective and result.
