The Rotterdam transport company Maasstad won the first parcel of student transport in Drechtsteden for the municipalities of Barendrecht, Hoeksche Waard, Capelle aan den IJssel, Nissewaard, Ridderkerk and Rotterdam. Passenger transport Central Netherlands and Stam can get to work with the other lots. The total tender was divided into four lots and concerns student transport in the municipalities of Alblasserdam, Dordrecht, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Molenlanden, Papendrecht, Sliedrecht and Zwijndrecht, and youth care transport in the entire South Holland region. The three carriers will control the transport until 2025.

The economic consideration of wanting to execute contracts that can be calculated well in advance has not been the main motivation for this originally family business of the two brothers. Money has not been the driving force behind the sometimes turbulent growth the company has experienced. Satisfaction and a bit of pride are things that motivate. They come from the credit for doing a job as well as possible and not wanting the customer to complain because he or she isn't getting what is expected. The growth was actually caused by the possibilities on the path, to fill in assignments that others did not find interesting enough.
