This Friday, April 1, Holland Norway Lines' new cruiseferry, the MS Romantika, will make its first entrance in Eemshaven. Here the ship will prepare for its first sailing to Kristiansand, Norway next week.

The MS Romantika has made a long journey. Last Monday it departed from Finland where it was stationed for major maintenance. The ship was 'reflagged' there and has been sailing under the Dutch flag ever since. Via destination port Kristiansand in Norway, the cruiseferry now makes its appearance in Groningen.

On Friday afternoon around noon, the MS Romantika makes her entrance at the Borkumkade in Eemshaven. Here she will be prepared for the first sailing on 12.00 April. From then on, the new sailing connection between Eemshaven and Kristiansand will start and the ship will sail to Norway three times a week.

With more than 700 hotel rooms and a wide range of cruise facilities, MS Romantika is the largest and most modern passenger ship that operates a ferry service from the Netherlands.
