Shareholders of Maasstad Regie Centrale (MRC) asked Sjaak de Winter to lead their organization as of April 1, 2022. Sjaak de Winter (1959) was previously director of the Rotterdam Taxi Centrale. De Winter will be responsible for management at Maasstad Regie Centrale from De Cuba and De Winter Consultants.

"With a nice group of fellow management team members, I answer that with a 'thank you' and a 'yes'. After winning assignments, we now continue to work on quality for our customers, clients and staff. I hope that Deo Volente will continue to work for a few years to do, and to remain as in previous positions according to the principles of Servant Leadership – who wants to lead must first serve.

The Rotterdam transport company Maasstad Regie Centrale won the first parcel of student transport in Drechtsteden last year for the municipalities of Barendrecht, Hoeksche Waard, Capelle aan den IJssel, Nissewaard, Ridderkerk and Rotterdam. It is clear that the company is working hard with the 'tender team' and will become apparent in the coming months. The company, which has its roots in Rotterdam, is increasingly focusing on other areas.

After months of preparation, MRC will start with WMO transport in Amstelveen and Aalsmeer. As of the new year, the transport will be carried out by a new player for this region in the WMO area. Maasstad Directing Central signed the contracts after it emerged that MRC was the winner of this tender. Maasstad Regie Centrale is currently one of the fast-growing taxi companies in the Rotterdam region and is active in taxi transport and student transport for clients and passenger transport for healthcare institutions. The company places high demands on the level of its people, automation and resources.
