The audit revealed that employees of TPS Noord Holland Noord BV, one of Noot's many BVs, were wrongly kept in pay scale 10. Employees who were classified too low have received a supplementary payment on their 2021 and 2022 salary and a 10% penalty supplement. This came down to more than €450 per person. An investigation into the cause of the incident by the Social Fund for Mobility can only be carried out on the BV where the reporting party is employed. It Social Fund Mobility cannot and may not investigate other Noot BVs without employees having reported themselves.

In the new collective labor agreement, trade unions want to change this. FNV en NVC believe that an investigation into the reasons for the entire group should be carried out if it appears that the collective labor agreement is not being applied correctly at 1 BV. But as long as this is not yet the case, employees in the other Noot BVs have to stand up before it can be investigated whether the company is not adhering to the collective labor agreement agreements there as well. According to the union, Noot employees in North Holland have shown that taking action together pays off. On 11 July, they launched a petition with which employees can indicate that they are in favor of a better Collective Labor Agreement for Healthcare Transport & Taxi.
