No positive reporting for travelers who regularly use Valys transport. Due to staff shortages, temporary measures have been in place since 11 June with regard to when you have to book your Valys trips. When they inquired about this, they indicated that the temporary measures would apply for a period of 8 weeks. Unfortunately, there is no prospect of a reduction in the staff shortage in the short term and the measures will be extended.

Valys realizes that the temporary measures are impactful and restrictive for travelers, but does note that the temporary measures have the desired effect. The extension of the registration deadlines enables them to use the available hours of the drivers as efficiently as possible. 

This is not possible with a shorter registration time because they do not have the necessary overcapacity. Valys will extend the temporary measures until the end of October. The purpose of the temporary measures is to continue to provide the best possible service to travelers despite the staff shortages and to give them certainty about the continuation of the journey.
