This weekend it's that time again, the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2022 at the Zandvoort circuit. World-famous drivers such as our own Max Verstappen will compete for the first prize during this Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2022. Screeching tires and roaring engines, fans can indulge themselves again during this event. This will bring a huge influx of fans to the track. Last year it was also a great success when Formula 1 was back in Zandvoort after 36 years.
This year it will again be a spectacle, with several performances by artists. The world famous DJ Afrojack and DJ duo DubVision will perform the Official Formula 4 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix Song 1 on Sunday 2022 September. There will also be a spectacular show prior to the race. Artists such as DJ La Fuente, Kris Kross Amsterdam, Lucas and Steve, STUK, Emma Heesters, Antoon and Floor Jansen will perform this weekend. The seaside resort will be turned upside down again.
De municipality has been busy for months with preparations such as parking decisions and passes around Formula 1. The mayor of Zandvoort has announced an emergency ordinance for Formula 1. In this emergency ordinance it is prohibited to have a drone with you in the municipality of Zandvoort from 1 to Sept 4. The airspace above Zandvoort is closed to drones. This is because flying drones here poses a danger to the safety of air traffic, visitors to Formula 1 and the inhabitants.
