Due to construction work, the connecting road N2/A58 from Randweg Eindhoven near the Batadorp junction in the direction of Tilburg will be closed from Friday, November 4, 21.00 p.m. to Monday, November 7, 05.00 a.m. Road users are expected to have 10 minutes extra travel time.

Detour routes
Traffic on the N2 in the direction of Tilburg will be diverted as follows:
– Follow the N2 to the Batadorp junction
– At the Batadorp junction, change to the A2 and A50 in the direction of Helmond
– Take exit (6) Ekkersrijt of the A50
– Go straight back onto ramp (6) Ekkersrijt in the direction of the A2 towards 's-Hertogenbosch
– At the Batadorp junction, change to the A58 in the direction of Tilburg
Traffic from Anthony Fokkerweg in the direction of Tilburg will be diverted as follows:
– Via Anthony Fokkerweg, the Spottersweg and the Erica to the A58 via ramp (7) Best
– Take exit (7) Best of the A58 towards Tilburg

The Municipality of Eindhoven is realizing a tunnel under the A2/N2 to improve the accessibility of, among others, Eindhoven Airport Eindhoven, Brainport Industries Campus (BIC), Westfields and Flight Forum on the west side and the Goods Distribution Center (GDC) Eight on the east side.
At the same time, this reduces the risk of traffic jams on the A2/N2 and the roads that connect to it. The work in the weekend from 4 to 7 November 2022 consists of removing the traffic measures that were taken during last summer's work.
