Because if you have to wear a helmet, you might as well go 45 kilometers per hour instead of 25 kilometers per hour.

We have already read or heard it everywhere, since January 1, we are no longer allowed to drive our light moped without a helmet. Fortunately, we can choose the helmet ourselves, you can choose a moped / motorcycle helmet or a speed pedelec helmet. The helmet must be approved and can be recognized by a circle with a capital E in it. There is a number after the E, and each number represents an EU country. Helmets approved in the Netherlands are given the number 4. An approved speed pedelec helmet is marked in accordance with NTA 8776:2016.

The time of letting your hair flutter in the wind is over. This resulted in many dissatisfied light moped drivers. Many moped owners have already offered their means of transport for sale, they want to get rid of it. There are also many owners who want to have their mopeds converted to mopeds. Because if you have to wear a helmet, you might as well go 45 kilometers per hour instead of 25 kilometers per hour.
