Employers' organization KNV Zorgtransport is very pleased with the finalization of the collective labor agreement.

KNV Healthcare Transport and Taxi and CNV Vakmensen have signed the new collective labor agreement for healthcare and taxi transport. With a general With the collective labor agreement declared binding, the unrest in the sector will come to an end. After all, many employees are waiting for the wage increase that was desired by both employees and entrepreneurs and this is now being implemented. We are still very pleased that CNV has taken its responsibility so that we can now look further into the future together"

Difficult negotiations preceded the agreement with CNV. KNV Care Transport and Taxi even called on FNV to stop organizing strikes in student and care transport. According to the employers' organization, the strikes would be counterproductive, damage the image of the industry and cause stress and a lot of inconvenience to vulnerable travelers who use healthcare transport.
