No permit for transports with PFAS waste

Waste transport from the Netherlands to Indaver can then no longer take place. As a precautionary measure, the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) no longer issues permits for transports with PFAS-containing waste that is intended for processing at the Belgian waste processor Indaver. Previously issued EVOA notifications (European Waste Shipment Regulation) are also withdrawn by the ILT.
