The number of people satisfied with traveling by train has risen again last year, says the NS. In 2018, 86 percent of travelers gave a score of 7 or higher, a year later that had increased to 89 percent. According to the company, people appreciate the new, modern trains and the NS app. It also appears that travelers are satisfied with the punctuality, says the NS. 92,6 percent of the trains arrived on time last year.
