Following the negative travel advice from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs for certain municipalities in Northern Italy, Oad has decided to offer all its holidaymakers traveling to Northern Italy the option to rebook free of charge to a later date or to another Oad destination. This option applies for the time being to all departures up to and including 15 May.

“However, we would like to emphasize that none of our trips come or stay in the affected municipalities,” said Arjan Koster, director of Oad. “We do think it is important that our guests can enjoy their holiday carefree, and that the anticipation does not disappear. There is therefore no reason to worry for the people who have booked their holiday to Northern Italy. All planned trips will continue as usual for the time being. Also, no program components need to be adjusted ”.

Of course, Oad remains in close contact with the ANVR and the RIVM. If the situation changes, Oad will respond adequately. Customers with questions can of course contact the reservations department or visit Oad.nl for answers to the most frequently asked questions.
