The largest control center in Rotterdam today announced that it will appoint Raoul Verheij as its new operations manager from 1 July. Verheij, from DHL where he has gained extensive experience in organizing complex processes, will be responsible for all direct operational activities within Trevvel, including Trevvel Together, Trevvel Route, Trevvel Passenger Transport, the KCC and the subcontractors. With this Raoul takes the daily management of al General manager Arno van Hurry to whom he reports.

Arno van Haasterecht, who also comes from DHL, started working as general manager at Monday 5 August 2019 Trevvel Rotterdam where he had to replace Interim director Aad Romijn. In his previous position, he was responsible for the daily operations within the B2B NL network of DHL Parcel Service Benelux and functional manager of 14 Terminal Managers.

Trevvel has now successfully handled all transport for the municipality of Rotterdam for more than two years. Outside corona times, this involves between 5000 and 7000 journeys per day.

We wish Raoul Verheij the best of luck in his new position at Trevvel.
