France plans to reopen its borders to other Schengen countries from 15 June when the health situation permits. If you travel to France within Europe, you should not be quarantined from then on, unless you come from a country that has quarantine rules for French tourists.

Austria is waiting another day, but wants to open borders for 31 European countries on Tuesday. Tourists from neighboring countries were already welcome.
