Neste's fossil-free diesel, Neste MY Renewable Diesel ™, is now also available for delivery in home tanks and service stations of GP Groot fuels and oil trading and its sister company Calpam. Neste MY Renewable Diesel is a sustainable alternative to fossil diesel and is produced from 100% renewable raw materials. It is an innovation that significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions: up to 90% less compared to traditional fossil diesel.

The special thing about Neste MY Renewable Diesel is that the renewable fuel is a full-fledged diesel replacement. The chemical composition is almost the same as that of fossil diesel. All diesel engines, regardless of age, run smoothly. No technical adjustments are necessary.

By the cooperation between Next, the world's largest producer of renewable fuels and voted the third most sustainable company in the world, and GP Groot, Neste MY Renewable Diesel is now even more available in the Netherlands. As a result, more and more Dutch companies and governments are meeting the strongly increased demand for this reliable, sustainable diesel fuel. Currently, Neste MY Renewable Diesel is already operating at 8 petrol stations GP Great sold, this number will soon be expanded with 4 new points of sale.

Pieter Talsma, director of GP Groot fuels and oil trade, about the collaboration: “GP Groot aims to help its customers to do business circularly and to make the energy transition. With Neste MY Renewable Diesel, our customers can directly and significantly improve the environmental and climate performance of the existing fleet. Because the fuel does not contain FAME biodiesel, shelf life and quality problems are a thing of the past. We are very enthusiastic about the collaboration with Neste and see the sale of Neste MY Renewable Diesel at our petrol stations and our land trade as an important step towards emission-free mobility. Our own fleet runs on Neste MY Renewable Diesel and in the meantime a number of renowned companies and governments in our customer base have also switched to fossil-free diesel. ”
