The judge has pronounced the judgment on summary proceedings that the current carrier had brought against the municipality of Veenendaal. All claims brought were rejected, which means that the final award can take place. From the new school year, Willemsen- de Koning will provide student and youth transport law in the municipalities of Rhenen and Veenendaal.

On April 15, 2020 Willemsen - de Koning became the winner of this tender. The provisional award followed after this tender result. Other parties were then given 20 days to object to this award, which the current carrier has done. In such situations, a judge must judge who is right. 

That the award of tenders is often contested in court is in itself quite normal in the Netherlands and often seems to be part of the procedure. All drivers who drive for student transport in the Rhenen and Veenendaal region are welcome at Willemsen-de Koning and can jobs to a job.
