FNV and CNV and the employers' organization KNV Healthcare transport and taxi again sat around the table this week. And a result was reached on a new Cao Taxi Transport as of 1 January 2021. The most important agreements for one year are that wages will increase by 1% from 2021 January 1,5. In addition, the article continued payment of wages during illness will be adjusted to the first 2 weeks at 70%, from 2 weeks to 8 weeks at 80% and from 8 weeks to 104 weeks at 90% of the last-earned wage.

And two process agreements have been made. One about job security and one about paid time. It has been agreed for both that the parties will discuss this in order to reach further agreements. Co-financing from the government is a precondition for agreements on job security. A new Cao SFM is also agreed. The content will remain unchanged from the current one and will run from 1 January 2021 to June 2022.

“Due to the corona crisis, it is a very uncertain time for both employers and employees and companies are also having a hard time financially,” said first negotiator on behalf of KNV Theo Vegter. “Nevertheless, we think it is justifiable to increase wages slightly from January 1, in order to at least ensure that employees do not deteriorate”.

The result will now be presented to the supporters. For KNV members, this means that an extra members' meeting will be held. Due to the recent corona measures, this is unfortunately not possible physically and will therefore be digital. There is an adjustment to the current one for this legislation necessary that is now being prepared so that this can be done digitally due to the corona crisis.
