Express buses and stop buses will run instead of trains during the work.

ProRail will be working on the track between Den Bosch and Oss between Saturday 29 April and Monday 8 May. During this work, no train traffic will be possible on this route. Below you can read where Prorail is going to work and what they are doing there.

's Hertogenbosch East

At 's-Hertogenbosch Oost station, they will replace the northern yoke platform along track 1. In this way, the platform will remain future-proof. They will also replace the platform furniture and the forecourts of the station will be modified. They are creating new seating areas, extra green areas and sheltered space at the ticket machine.

Oss and Ravenstein

Because no or limited trains will run between 's-Hertogenbosch and Wijchen during the work, Prorail will combine this work with other work on this route. For example, they renew tracks at the shunting yard in Oss, replace the roof plates at Oss station and carry out maintenance work on the railway bridge at Ravenstein.

Geffen and Berghem

Badger setts have been found under the railway near Geffen and Berghem. This gives a chance of subsidence and that can lead to dangerous situations. To guarantee the safety of train traffic, trains here run more slowly and they monitor these locations closely.

Prorail is also taking related measures. They build artificial castles to offer the badger an alternative living environment. As soon as they have permission from the competent authority, they repair the track and install anti-digging material. This prevents badgers from digging in the future.
