Dutch entrepreneur and businessman who raised capital with, among others, the salvage and sea towing company Bureau Wijsmuller and the clothing brand McGregor. He gained fame as one of the two founders of the handmade sports car brand Spyker Cars. Victor Muller recently signed a collaboration agreement with Russian entrepreneur Boris Rotenberg and his business partner Michail Pessis to restart production of previously presented but never released Spyker models next year.

Michail Pessis from Milan Morady SA said: “Ever since Boris Rotenberg and I ordered our first Spyker almost ten years ago, we fell passionately in love with the beauty and craftsmanship of these hand-built sports cars. As of 2015, the partnership with Spyker has intensified through Milan Morady, which now culminates in the partnership agreement announced today. Moreover, BR Engineering and Milan Morady have been involved in the development and production of a number of Spyker C8 Ailerons in a so-called Limited Edition BR configuration in our German factories in recent years.

For years it has been very quiet when it comes to sports car production at Spyker. Spyker has had some difficult years since the demise of Saab Automobile AB in 2011. In 2021, the opening of Spyker's first Flagship store is planned in Monaco, where Spyker's handmade models are on display. A new factory will be built in Germany, where the previously 265 previously built Spyker cars will also be able to go for maintenance.

Victor R. Muller, Spyker's Chief Executive Officer, said: “The partnership agreement we signed today is the culmination of months of efforts to build a solid Spyker company that has both technical and financial resources to achieve its business goals. . My thanks go to Boris Rotenberg and Michail Pessis for the trust they have both placed in us'.
