Monday finally arrived. The winners of the Automotive Innovation Award were announced in the Louwman Museum in The Hague. According to the jury report, the Ebusco 3.0 won the prize because this innovation makes a significant contribution to sustainable and affordable public transport. The Ebusco 3.0 is a revolutionary model. The lightweight carbon fiber composite body is based on aerospace technology, adding to the bus's distinctiveness. In addition, the Ebusco 3.0 distinguishes itself, in addition to the weight, in its kilometer range on a 'single charge' and the lifespan.

''Together we have worked extremely hard in recent years on the development of the lightweight composite body of our electric bus. This award recognizes the passion and commitment of all my colleagues and demonstrates our commitment to continuous innovation.”

Peter Bijvelds (CEO Ebusco)

Ebusco will have a beautiful place in the Hall of Fame with winners of previous editions: Moby Park [2015], TomTom, NXP and Dutch Green Carbon [2017] and Punch Powertrain, Monotch and Lightyear [all 2019]. Ebusco previously won the JEC Composites Innovation Award, the Automotive Brand Contest and the Innovation label Busworld Europe with the Ebusco 3.0. Ebusco strives to create a better living environment by developing safe, sustainable, emission-free and affordable transport ecosystems.
