KLM understands that planning a trip during the COVID-19 pandemic can involve uncertainty for customers. The rules surrounding travel are constantly changing and differ from country to country. Right now it is very important for customers to have the most up-to-date requirements per country when planning their trip. That is why KLM recently started offering the interactive 'Where can I fly to?' Map. This map shows the current travel requirements for all countries to which KLM flies. This allows customers to choose their next destination at a glance. Travel requirements are displayed based on the country of departure and the customer's vaccination status.

When planning their trip, customers can click https://www.klm.nl/travel-guide/where-can-i-fly-to enter their departure airport or country. They can then move through the interactive map to see the most current travel requirements of the destinations offered by KLM. If customers are vaccinated, they can click the 'I'm fully vaccinated' button to see travel requirements tailored to their status. When customers click on a destination, they are directed to our TravelDoc website, where they can view detailed travel requirements for their selected destination. In addition to this service, KLM advises Dutch customers to consult the website www.wijsopreis.nl for current travel advice from the Dutch government.
