Hansea NV may acquire exclusive control over Munckhof Groep BV via Bus De Polder NV. private† Sufficient competition will remain after the takeover. The new owner is a private Belgian bus company that is active in Flanders and Wallonia. With headquarters in Antwerp. 

Hansea mainly provides concession urban and regional connections on behalf of public transport authorities in Flanders (De Lijn) and Wallonia (TEC). Hansea also offers staff, school and charter bus services and, to a very limited extent, the sale of business and leisure travel.

ACM has investigated this proposed concentration. A permit is not required. ACM has no reason to believe that the proposed concentration could significantly impede effective competition on the Dutch market or part of it.
