“It is clear that NS has fewer passengers. Moreover, they travel at different times and NS can run fewer trains than before corona. In the past year, this led to train cancellations, disappointment among travelers and excessive work pressure among our colleagues. With the timetable for 2023, we reduce the chance of trains being canceled at the last minute, we provide more seats where necessary and we give colleagues more peace of mind. That's our new base.
