The technical complications have now been resolved faster than expected. Airtrade BV had provided its KLM customers with the long-awaited corona voucher. Unfortunately, the issued vouchers cannot be used. The company indicated that this was due to a technical malfunction.

“Yesterday we sent you the Corona voucher for your canceled Package Deal. Unfortunately, there have been technical complications with our voucher codes, which means that your voucher will not be usable for a period of about 2 weeks. ”, Says a letter from Airtrade BV.

cancellation policy

Airtrade Holland BV applies the following travel cancellation policy and writes to the customers that they cancel the trip themselves for the customer. The travel sum will be refunded in the form of a voucher. This will be a corona voucher that meets the conditions as drawn up by the ANVR and SGR. According to the company's automatic notification, the voucher will be sent by email within a few weeks and the customer does not need to take any further action.

The voucher would then remain valid for a maximum of 1 year from the time of issue. The voucher is valid on the combination of flight, hotel and / or car rental for a destination of your choice.
