As part of the ambitious expansion plan, two brand-new ships will be launched at sea this year, while an additional 2027 next-generation cruise ships will be delivered through 10. On board MSC Virtuosa, sister ship to MSC Grandiosa and the fourth Meraviglia class ship in the state-of-the-art fleet, innovation is already on board. With more than 1000 m2 of retail space, MSC Virtuosa has the largest shopping area with 11 boutiques and more than 250 brands. MSC Virtuosa offers its guests 5 swimming pools, including one of the largest and most impressive water parks at sea. There is also an extraordinary choice of bars and eateries, from fine dining in the five specialty restaurants to casual buffets, all featuring freshly prepared dishes from around the world.

There are endless entertainment options, designed in collaboration with leading experts LEGO® and Chicco® for children, teens and families, a highlight on board the MSC Virtuosa. After a day of fun and entertainment, a visit to MSC Aurea Spa and its authentic Balinese treatments will put your body and mind in harmony.

Every ship we build is different. MSC Seashore is an evolution of the groundbreaking Seaside prototype, but this enriched vessel has enabled us to further enhance the guest experience with the introduction of new features and facilities, as well as further enhancements to the existing ones.

The larger dimensions of the ship allowed some areas to be redesigned with the introduction of new public areas and the location of other parts of the ship optimized. A new show lounge has been created below the back deck pool and the indoor pool has been expanded with an additional deck above and around the pool. In addition, there will be an even larger area for children and an ultra-modern water park. There will also be new cabins, such as modular cabins for families and groups. The MSC Yacht Club will offer a new style suite with a walk-in closet and 28 additional cabins with their own sunbathing area.

Innovative environmental technology

MSC Seashore, like MSC Virtuosa, will be equipped with the latest available environmental technology to reduce its impact on the environment. From advanced wastewater treatment and exhaust gas cleaning systems to smart heating, ventilation, air conditioning and LED lighting, these two ships will lead the way to a sustainable future in cruising. MSC Seashore will visit iconic ports in the Western Mediterranean during its first season in Summer 2021, while MSC Virtuosa will visit Northern Europe before heading south to MSC Seashore in the Mediterranean.
