Munckhof is growing fast and is therefore looking for new colleagues. From July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, new Munckhof employees will receive a signing bonus of €1.000 net for full-time employment. The payout is made according to the conditions in proportion to the number of contract hours and for employees who are re-employed, he or she must have been out of employment for at least 6 months. This also applies to employees who have been employed through an external party. With more than 1800 colleagues, they support companies and governments.

A repayment clause applies to the signing bonus upon termination of employment at the request of the employee. If you leave employment in or during the first year after employment, you will repay 50%, in or during the second year this is 25%. The bonus is only valid for employees who apply directly to Munckhof and who are directly employed by us, not for trainees, temporary and secondment workers and employees who are employed by them through a W&S agency.

Hansea Belgium

joint future

Munckhof recently made the news because of the joining forces with Hansea, the Belgian specialist in people's mobility. With their 3.000 experts in national and international passenger transport, the two companies aspire to become the strongest mobility network in the Benelux. Individually, Hansea and Munckhof are today relevant players in Belgium and the Netherlands respectively. Hansea acquired 100% of the shares of Munckhof Groep BV. Hansea is a portfolio company of DWS Infrastructure, a European investment fund with a focus on long-term investments and sustainability.
